NON-DISCLOSURE & NO REFUND AGREEMENT FOR SPIRITUAL SERVICES
This Agreement is entered into by and between the Client (hereinafter referred to as 'Client') and Angie Marks, Spiritual Advisor and Healer (hereinafter referred to as 'Advisor'), effective as of the date the Client signs or agrees to begin spiritual services.
1. Purpose
This Agreement is designed to ensure a clear understanding of the nature of the spiritual services provided and to protect both the Client and Advisor during the course of spiritual work intended to help clear negativity, bad luck, karmic blocks, emotional pain, or spiritual burdens.
2. Voluntary Participation & Reflection Period
Client acknowledges they are voluntarily seeking spiritual guidance and healing services. The Client is granted a three (3) day reflection period after the initial consultation to consider whether to proceed with the work. During this time, no energetic, spiritual, or ritual work will begin.
3. Consent to Begin Work
Once the Client gives written or verbal consent to begin spiritual work (after the 3-day period), the Client agrees that: Services are spiritual in nature and results may vary by individual. The work involves time, energy, and sacred spiritual practices which cannot be undone once started. The Client may not request a refund after services have begun.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the energetic nature of the services and the personal commitment required from both parties, no refunds will be issued once the Client has agreed to proceed with the spiritual work. The Client understands that spiritual services, unlike material goods, are intangible and based on mutual energetic investment and trust.
5. Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure
All spiritual readings, discussions, rituals, and healing sessions are confidential. The Client agrees not to share, publish, record, or distribute any part of their sessions or correspondence without written permission from Angie Marks.
6. No Legal Claims / Authorities
The Client agrees that they will not report the Advisor or this work to law enforcement or government authorities, as the work being done is spiritual, personal, and voluntary in nature. This is a private spiritual agreement, not subject to medical or legal review. This relationship is based on trust, mutual respect, and spiritual ethics.
7. Disclaimer
The Advisor is not a licensed medical or psychological professional. Services offered are spiritual in nature and should not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. The Client is responsible for their own choices and outcomes.
8. Acknowledgment
By signing below (or confirming via text/email/voice), the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms above and are entering into this agreement willingly.
